Common questions

Boleh tukar antara Managed dan BYO?
Ya. Add new node (BYO) or order a managed server, dua-dua boleh wujud serentak dalam satu account. Migration tools untuk pindah world data antara nodes ada di v0.2.
Apa beza utama Managed vs BYO?
Managed: kami uruskan hardware, ada SLA, more expensive sebab kami bear cost VPS. BYO: you uruskan hardware sendiri, lagi murah sebab kami charge untuk panel sahaja, but uptime depends on your provider.
Boleh upgrade / downgrade bila-bila masa?
Ya. Upgrade berlaku serta-merta dengan prorated charge; downgrade berlaku at next billing cycle.
Apa berlaku kalau saya cancel?
Managed: server stops at end of billing period; world data simpan 14 hari supaya you boleh download or resubscribe. BYO: panel access stops, but agent + worlds tetap kekal pada VPS you (you control).
Free tier?
BYO Solo: 1 node, 1 server, free forever. Managed: tiada free tier (RAM dan disk ada kos sebenar).
Pembayaran?
Touch 'n Go (MY) atau GoPay (ID). Transfer manual, hantar bukti bayaran, aktif dalam 5 minit. Stripe/FPX auto-billing akan datang.
